Yesterday, I posted about how my Bluetooth obd was draining my battery.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Well this morning, it wouldn't start again. Not completely dead this time, but not quite enough to fire up the engine. After jumping again, I was planning to disconnect the battery overnight to make sure my month-old battery wasn't defective, but first I checked the Volvo forums for common perpetrators. The glove box light seemed to be a popular one, and sure enough the little foamish pad meant to hold the light button had been worn flat. Rather than removing the bulb, I grabbed some nearby card stock, folded it a few times, and taped it inside the door. Now we wait.

Something similar happened to me neighbor with a late 90's prelude.
The brake pedal switch is always on, and rests against a plastic grommet thing. The plastic cracked and was on floorboard, I just replaced with a nut and bolt.
I also keep my obdII detached after draining my battery a few times.
